Acceptance and Recognition
By entering into the Certified Marketing Management Professionals of Canada Membership Program, you agree that you have read and understand this “Membership Terms & Conditions” and your membership with CMMP® Canada will adhere to the following terms and conditions.

CMMP® Canada is owned and operated by the Certified Marketing Management Professionals of Canada whom are registered as a not-for-profit organization under the Canadian Business Corporation Act. CMMP® Canada members may take advantage of specific benefits including; being recognized as “Member Certified Marketing Management Professionals of Canada, qualification for discounted rates on events and educational programs, subscription to CMMP® Canada Newsletter, have exclusive access to online membership directory, access to national and international marketing network, accessibility to progressive marketing and professional resources, access to information of upcoming Chapter events, opportunities for personal development through educational programs and volunteering, and group insurance benefits.

CMMP® Canada reserves the right to send Members messages from time to time for which they will not be rewarded. Such messages may include CMMP® Canada information updates; flash bulletins; invitations; administrative announcements; special requests and so on – and may be sent via email or regular mail. CMMP® Canada reserves the right to limit CMMP® Canada enrolment at any time.

Terms & Conditions of CMMP® Canada Membership:
Only individuals 16 years or older may be approved to become a CMMP® Canada Member. Corporation and Government employees may also be eligible to become CMMP® Canada Members. CMMP® Canada membership and its right to use is limited to one individual per CMMP® Canada account. All CMMP® Canada Members agree to provide only true and accurate information to the Certified Marketing Management Professionals of Canada head office at all times. Members must agree to comply with the terms of all CMMP® Canada advertiser and partner offers, promotions, and programs at all times. Members must also agree not to abuse CMMP® Canada privileges by conduct which is detrimental to the interests of CMMP® Canada such as having multiple accounts or attempting to take advantage of membership discounts more than once, participating in purchasing or redemption fraud, sending unsolicited email (“SPAM”) through CMMP® Canada or tampering with CMMP® Canada links, etc.

CMMP® CANADA reserves the right to terminate or disable, at sole discretion, any CMMP® Canada membership if CMMP® Canada believes such a Member has violated or acted inconsistently with the rules of CMMP® Canada or intent of these terms & conditions. Members must understand and agree that the disabling of membership will result in Member’s inability to claim any refunds. Members must understand and agree that the termination of membership will result in the cancellation of all CMMP® Canada benefits. CMMP® Canada will be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of its rules and any decision it makes relating to termination of membership. Any decision will be considered final and binding.

Members must comply with all laws, rules, and regulations that are applicable to the CMMP® Canada Membership Program. Members must understand that Members may only participate in CMMP® Canada if and to the extent that such participation is permitted by such laws, rules, and regulations.
